Stone Electric has established diversified channels for collecting employee opinions, including employee opinion boxes, employee satisfaction surveys, and OA systems, to widely obtain employee opinions and suggestions, help optimize and improve company management, and enable every employee to feel valued and actively participate in the company's development.

To enhance the skills and abilities of employees, the company provides various skills training and competitions every year to stimulate and improve their work skills and enthusiasm.

The total investment in employee training for the company in 2023 is 485000 yuan, with a total of 23071 people trained, 499 training sessions, 64518 training hours, and a 100% employee training coverage rate.

Safety and Health

Stone Electric always adheres to the safety management concept of "safety first, people-oriented", and from the company's management to grassroots teams, it consolidates responsibilities layer by layer to ensure that responsibilities are accurately assigned to each post. In order to further standardize safety production management and safeguard the health of employees, the company continues to optimize the documents and implementation measures related to safety and health in the ISO9001 quality management system, ensuring the effective operation of relevant requirements internally and steadily improving operational effectiveness.​

To strengthen the safety defense line of employees in the workplace and safeguard the health of personnel involved in the company's machinery, equipment, products, and services, Stone Electric has established a "safety red line" throughout the company to solidly implement safety production responsibilities. The safety work adopts a mechanism where the general manager takes overall responsibility and the safety director is in charge. Each department head forms a safety work team to comprehensively, systematically, and dynamically identify and analyze safety and health risk factors in various activities. Regularly commission third-party organizations to evaluate and detect occupational hazards, take timely protective measures based on the results, and eliminate hazards that affect the health of employees; At the same time, regular training on occupational disease prevention and control is carried out to enhance employees' self-protection and occupational disease prevention awareness.
